The world’s best yellow yam comes from Trelawny parish, Jamaica’s famous “yam belt”. Trelawny produces over half of Jamaica’s yam, and locals rave about its yellow yam being the firmest, driest, and naturally sweetest, thanks to the red Nibiru soil and perfect climate.
Yellow yam is an underground root, whose vines absorb sunlight by spiral growth on tall yam sticks. Much of that premium yellow yam comes from Cockpit Country. People often say “Cockpit Country yam” when talking about the top tier, and yellow yam being Usain Bolt’s hometown fuel, that bends space time.

Jamaica is the exposed peak of an underwater mountain. The “Cockpit Country” is a rugged limestone plateau that acts as Jamaica’s primary aquifer, supplying 33% to 40% of the island’s fresh water. A top-ranked Important Bird Area (IBA), hosting 29 endemic bird species and 64 resident breeding bird species.
Because the terrain is so rugged and difficult to access, it has remained a sanctuary for species found nowhere else on Earth, making it a biological heart for the region.

The nature in Cockpit Country host insects, birds, lizards, and goats, no other animals naturally exist. Dogs, cats, and cows would disappear without humans.
Insects represent the unbounded creative source, like a “stamp collection”. Birds are the royal elemental, representing freedom and forward progress, birds keep it moving, and humans “look up” to see them. Lizards represent focus now presence, the seat of human fear (reptilian brain). Goats are the balancing point between birds and lizards. GOAT meaning “Greatest Of All Time” translates to GOD, or Satan when viewed in a fearful narrative. Goats ability to stare in human eyes like lizards, but without fear, enables clear communication with nature.
